Planetary Health Education in Switzerland - an update

The Planetary Health Report Card (PHRC) is an international tool for institutional advocacy. Its 6th edition took place in 2025, and over 1500 students at 188 schools in 21 countries participated. The assessment uses a questionnaire with a total of 51 metrics, in five sections (Curriculum, Interdisciplinary Research in Health and Environment, Outreach and Advocacy, Support for Student-led Initiatives, Campus Sustainability), for which points are awarded by a team composed of students and members of a healthcare school.

Seven medical faculties participated in 2025 in Switzerland, with this year being the first to also include other health schools (nursing and physiotherapy).
